If you have a complaint or concern about the service you have received from a clinician or any other member of staff, please let us know. You can complain verbally, sending an email or in writing to the surgery. Your complaint will then be investigated and you will be contacted with a response as soon as possible.

We constantly review the service we provide and improve on it whenever there is an oppourtunity to do so. Any feedback given is greatly appreciated.
